Widler Sanon Insurance & Financial Advisors (“Widler Sanon,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of people who visit this website. This notice describes current website practices and their limits. It does not promise that any website, email, or third-party service is risk-free.

Do not send sensitive information through this website or ordinary email.Do not send Social Security or government identification numbers, dates of birth, health or medical information, policy or claim numbers, financial account or payment details, passwords, or identity documents. Ask us for an appropriate secure process before providing such information.

1. Information the website asks for

The inquiry form requests a topic, the state where coverage would be considered, your name, email address, an optional phone number, your preferred follow-up method, and confirmation that you are asking us to respond. It does not request health history, financial details, identity numbers, or policy information.

2. What happens when you submit the form

The form runs in your browser. It checks required fields and prepares a message to [email protected] in your device’s email application. Submission does not itself transmit the message to us, create an agency-side form record, or submit an insurance application. You can review, edit, or discard the draft. We receive information only if you choose to send it. Your email service and the recipient’s email service then process and deliver the message under their own terms and security practices. If you choose “Copy request text,” your browser copies the draft to your device clipboard; this does not send it to us. Clipboard contents may remain available to apps with clipboard access until replaced or cleared.

Ordinary email may be forwarded, stored, or accessed by systems outside our control. It is not appropriate for sensitive insurance or financial information. Do not use the form for an urgent request.

Planning Studio worksheets

The Planning Studio can include an optional full name for the booklet cover; the user’s own email and phone; coverage state, topic, timing, age range, coverage amount and duration preferences, and an optional budget range; household size and general age ranges; business type, size and roles; income sources and amounts; bills; loan balances, payments, stated rates and months remaining; assets such as investment property, savings, CDs, retirement accounts and investments; approximate rates, maturity and net rental income; existing coverage amounts; and future or transition costs. These answers are created and calculated only in the current browser tab. The current tool code does not transmit them to WSIFA, a carrier, or a server and does not save them to cookies, local storage, or another browser storage area. Reloading or closing the tab clears the working entries. A name and contact details are personal information; any information entered will appear in the booklet you print or save. Do not enter another person’s name, exact date of birth, medical or health information, Social Security or government ID numbers, account or policy numbers, claim details, passwords, payment information, exact property addresses, or confidential employee information. The “Share this planning tool” control shares only the public Planning Studio URL and general description; it does not include your answers. Printing or saving a PDF is your choice and creates a copy that may contain personal and financial details. Review it before storing or sharing it, and do not send a completed booklet through ordinary email. The current “Start a request” form prepares a general email draft; it is not a secure quote intake or application. Ask WSIFA for a secure next step before providing sensitive information. Copying a summary or using a device clipboard can also make entered information available to other apps or people with access to that device. The calculations and prompts are educational organizers, not financial planning, tax, legal or insurance advice, a coverage recommendation, quote, offer, or application. Verify your assumptions and discuss them with appropriate professionals.

3. How information you choose to send may be used

We may use an inquiry to understand and respond to your request using your selected method, maintain business correspondence, protect the agency, and meet applicable legal, regulatory, recordkeeping, or dispute-resolution duties. If you later ask us to evaluate or apply for coverage, we will explain the separate information and permissions required. Depending on your instructions and the service requested, information may then be shared with properly authorized producers, an insurance carrier, a brokerage or distribution partner, or service providers needed for the request, subject to applicable law and required notices or permissions.

We do not sell information submitted through this website. Our current site code does not configure advertising profiles, retargeting, behavioral advertising, or marketing-list signup. The contact checkbox is limited to responding to your inquiry by the selected method; it is not consent to marketing texts or automated or prerecorded marketing calls. Any future marketing communications would be handled under applicable consent, disclosure, and opt-out rules.

4. Site operation, cookies, and outside services

The site is static. Our current site code contains no analytics tag, advertising pixel, form database, or browser storage for inquiry responses and does not set first-party cookies. Hosting or infrastructure providers may use cookies or similar technologies for service delivery, security, or abuse prevention under their own terms. They may also process technical request data—such as IP address, browser or device information, requested page, and request time—to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the site. The provider controls its own logs and retention under its terms; we do not set or control its internal retention schedule.

If you follow a link to another website, such as an email service, carrier, government agency, or social platform, that service’s privacy notice and terms apply there. We do not control outside sites. When you email us, Google Workspace and other mail systems involved in delivery may process the message and related metadata.

5. Safeguarding and security incidents

We take reasonable steps appropriate to the information and systems we control. No internet transmission, electronic storage, or email delivery method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If information under our control is involved in a security incident, we will assess and respond as applicable law requires, including any notice obligation that applies to the facts and information involved.

6. Retention and privacy requests

A draft you do not send is not received by us through the website form. If you send an inquiry, we retain and handle the correspondence as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate business records, resolve issues, and comply with legal or regulatory obligations. We do not state a fixed deletion period because retention depends on the record and applicable law.

Where applicable law gives you a right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, contact [email protected]. We may need to verify your request and may retain information when law permits or requires it. Do not include sensitive identifiers in a request email. We will handle requests under the law that applies; this notice does not create rights beyond those provided by law.

7. Children

This website and its inquiry form are directed to adults seeking insurance information and are not designed to collect personal information directly from children under 13. A parent or guardian with a concern may contact us below.

8. Insurance and financial privacy notices

This website notice covers website visits, general inquiries, and Planning Studio worksheets. It is not a substitute for an initial, annual, state-specific, carrier, or other privacy notice, consent, authorization, or opt-out notice that may be required when a customer relationship is established or nonpublic personal information is collected or disclosed. Before requesting such information, we will provide the notices and secure process applicable to that transaction. The Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and its implementing rules impose privacy and safeguarding duties on covered financial institutions; which duties apply depends on the institution, information, and activity.

9. Changes and contact

We may revise this notice when site features or practices change. The effective date above identifies the version currently posted. Material changes will be reflected here before or when they take effect, as applicable.
